About me

WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and sexologist. I completed my holistic psychotherapeutic training in the integrative stream at the Institute of Health Psychology. I am currently in my final year of advanced holistic training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Therapy (ISTDP) under the supervision of Jon Fredrickson. I completed postgraduate studies in clinical sexology at the Medical University of Warsaw.

In addition, a path of development and many
years of learning has led me to obtain:

I have cooperated and work with non-governmental organisations – the Foundation for the Promotion of Sexual Health, the Acceptance Association, the Foundation for Social Education, the Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę Foundation, the Trans-Fuzja Foundation, providing support, workshops, training and research.

As a psychologist I cooperate with Bielański Hospital in Warsaw, and as a lecturer at the Medical Centre for Postgraduate Education, where I pass on my knowledge of mental functioning, elements of therapy and psychoeducation to doctors.

I prepare and conduct workshops and trainings in the field of mental and sexual health for those involved in helping (psychologists, sexologists, doctors, psychotherapists, teaching staff) as well as social protection (police adepts, prison staff). I conduct trainings and workshops for corporate staff. I conduct sex education programmes for young people, parents and teachers.

I participate in scientific conferences in Poland and abroad, I am the author and co-author of research and scientific articles of national and international scope and two books.

My work is under constant psychotherapeutic and sexological supervision (individual and group).

I am a member of the Polish Society of Sexology and the Polish Psychiatric Society.
